I ordered food from Casey's general store in Staunton Il 62088 on bunkerhill road at 8:47 p.m last night and about 11:40 I got confirmation that my order had been handed to me when it had not shown up at all.. I contacted Casey's and they told me to contact doordash.
When I contacted doordash they told me that I had to contact Casey's because they are the ones that took my money. When I called and talked to the manager AGAIN she was rude to me like she was my husband and basically refused to even try to help me get my refund back. I have screenshots of the messages saying it was running late and then that it was on it way, another from doordash saying that the delivery driver ran into an issue while delivering my order.
it has almost been 24 hrs and no one has helped me even try to figure this out.. I would like a refund or I will contact corporate and the better business burau if thats what i have to do to get someone to help me.

Hello, yesterday on January 31, 2024 I used the caseys website to try and place a pizza order. I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks.
I put in my card information and the website said "ERROR". So I tried again, it said "ERROR" again. At that point I was going to call to place my order, and I look at my phone and see my card was charged both times for $34.47. So in total my card was charged $68.94.
I call the store I placed the order through to tell them not to make 4 pizzas and ask if I can be refunded for one of the charges and the store associate told me they never got my order. They said they would not be making me any food unless I paid a third time. I asked them if they could just refund me the money and they said no because they never got my order. So now I am out almost $70 and did not receive any food at all.
The associate gave me a phone number to call, I did and it was for employees only. That employee gave me a second phone number to call and it said they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. I still have not been able to contact anybody about this and the money has not been refunded to my account. I have pictures of the charges through my bank, the charges show it was for Casey's, the store ID number and the store phone number the order was placed through, and the time it was placed.
It happened at 4:57 PM and 4:58 PM. I have all the evidence and the store associates will also verify that I did not get my food or a refund. If someone could please reach out to me about this so I can get my money back. It is very frustrating to pay almost $70 and not receive any food at all.
I have never had this issue before and I am hoping to get it resolved quickly. I also did not receive an email with a conformation number on it because your website said ERROR and did not submit my food order, but still took my money.

Ordered 2 LG pizzas and 3 brownie bites for pickup, which they didn't want to do and I explained my husband had 1 arm and would have a hard time carrying all of that. The lady huffed and said she would take it out, now that I think about, may have been on purpose.
Gave me an old dried up pizza and 2 of some kind of peanut brownie or whatever, we didn't eat as we have peanut allergies. I called the store and explained and was told they would replace it. As the week went on my family ended up so sick and just started to get over it
, so I called last week and was told it would be a very long time before they could do it. I told him I would call back if we wanted to go ahead with it.
I didn't call and evidently he just wrote it on the ticket that it was filled.
I never picked it up and the kitchen lady was rude again this time as last time when my husband picked it up. Original date was Feb.8th for the order.

I worked for Casey's for 2 years. They're mismanaged, everyone who becomes a manager for Casey's gets a big fat head on themselves and think that they run the world, absolutely do they not.
I worked for Casey's for 2 years and at the same store, that store went through 6 managers in that time ALONE because they started thinking they were tough *** and could do whatever they want, this one named Thomas wouldn't even come to work he'd show up when he wanted and then went fishing half the damn time, talk about unprofessional. And corporate doesn't allow breaks, no free meals, I was working 10-hour shifts and covering for people, and yet I still didn't get any food or break, and when I had enough and decided to sit down and breathe I got screamed at because "if corporate sees you sitting even for 5 minutes you get a write-up." Those people in corporate have NEVER worked at a store in their lives, they've never had to run a kitchen by yourself during the weekend rush because of how severely understaffed the store was. Everyone is always overworked past the point of clear exhaustion. I'm 21, and I have bags under my eyes because somehow I'm more responsible than the 35-year-old drug addicts that this company hires.
Drug. Test. Your.
Employees. They all smoke weed.

Ordered three pizza last night at 600 E 14th st des moines,ia after biting into a piece, I pull something out of my mouth and it is a piece of plastic that was in the pizza. I called the store this evening after work the lady that finally picked up the phone ask me to hold I said yes.
She put the phone down and continues to talk with her co worker's they are cussing talking about people I sat on the phone for over 20 minutes! She never picked the phone back up! She forgot she put me on hold and put the phone down on the counter. I wanted to ask to speak with a manager!
They need to check their schedule and see who it was that worked the kitchen last night & this evening most likely the same person. They need to be retrained and taught some professional work ethics for the work place while on call or even working with customers in store it's sad!

So I'm a small warehouse, sub hub in southern MN, for a major retailer out of Minneapolis. My interest is in a location I was informed that you owned and not the city.
The store is in Trimont MN. I don't know what you guys have torn out, left, are gonna use, or are done with or anything for that matter. I am wanting to start up another business and that place with a few modifications would be perfect! So, I'm wondering if It's for sale?
For lease? Or even rent? All I know is that it's just sitting there, not doing anything at the moment.
Please let me know either way what might be happening there, so I can either talk to the right person or start looking for another location. Thanks for your time.

I ordered three large pizza last night when my husband got there the pizza were not done & he was at 12 minutes later then the pick up time. He get's home with the pizza's & we all get pizza after biting into a piece, I pull out my mouth a piece of plastic!!
I called the store this evening after getting off of work to speak with a manager. A lady finally picks up the phone and asked if I could hold I say yes. She put the phone down and I'm sitting there waiting I'm hearing her and her co worker talking cussing making a bunch of noise,talking,cussing just not professional at all! I sat on the phone for over 20 minutes she forgot she told me to hold on, after 24 minutes I just hang up the phone.
The manager should be looking at last night's kitchen schedule and this evening kitchen schedule and retrain those ladies and gentlemen about professional services while speaking to customer's and also while having customer's on the phone.
This is not a good way to run a business! All I wanted to do was speak to a manager about my issues from last night.
